Tour company was very easy to work with. Everytime I called to find out some tidbit of information, the gal (I can't remember her name but it was unusual), was extremely helpful and very nice! The bike barn (starting point) was easy to find and we were outfitted and given some time to check out our rides. From there the tour was as advertised, along the shore, up and over the Golden Gate and into Sausalito to catch the ferry back to Pier 41 with a short ride back to the barn. The pace is laid back and the riding is easy even on the hills thanks to the electric assist. The views are spectacular, bring a camera. A few tips, bring water as there is really only one place to stop for a refreshment. I brought a small backpack and it worked great. There is also a small pouch on the front of the bike big enough for a bottle of water, wallet and digital camera which keeps them handy for quick usage. The bridge crossing for pedestrians and bicyclists during the week is limited to one side of the street making it rather crowded. On the weekends both sides are open to accomodate more people. Dress in layers topped by a wind resistent jacket, the wind can be strong on the bridge! If you spend a normal amount of time stopping then you will have a little bit of time left over to walk around Sausalito. A few places to get a bite and a drink and lots of souvenir, jewelry and art galleries. Check the ferry schedule on the internet before you go so that you don't have to rely on someones elses information. If you decide to stay in Sausalito after your guide leaves be sure to get good directions for getting back to the bike barn as it is longer than you would think (10-15 mins)due to all the peds on the wharf that you have to dodge. Overall a great time and I would highly recommend the tour. Next on my list is the Segway tour of Golden Gate Park!

A great experience for seeing aspects of the San Fran Bridge and area that a tourist is not likely to see otherwise. Our group ranged in age from 40-67 yrs. and all had a great time! It helps if you are in good shape and used to riding bicycles, of course! But beware you must pedal across GG Bridge - no motor and these bikes are heavier than a normal bike, plus the wind and crowdedness of the GG Bridge are factors. My sister was visiting from out of town so I scheduled several activities, theater, cruise, jazz concert, etc. By far, the electric bike ride over the GG Bridge was our favorite. I highly recommend this activity and will be sure to put it on my "must" list when planning things to do when visitors come to SF!

They were very knowledgeable about history along the ride. They were patient and also took pictures when we wanted to stop. Never felt rushed and the entire tour was the most fun I had since I had been to St. John's. They had extra coats, gloves, hats, rain gear. No pressure to ride in rain and had exceptional customer service skills.

Awesome one recommendation is to also visit the San Francisco bay model in Sausalito scale sized replica of San Francisco bay about 2 acres, have about one hour and is about one mile from boat back to Fisherman's Wharf.

This was a great tour. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Yoni, our guide (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly was excellent. He took the time to stop at key locations and point out different facts. He made sure everyone knew exactly what we were doing and what to expect. That was the best bike tour and a great way to spend the day in San Francisco.

I don't like going on site seeing tours but this was the best tour I've ever experienced. The electric bike was awesome and my guide, Whaleed, was great. I've been to SF twice before but the route/tour gave me a chance to view some of the most popular sites in San Francisco that I haven't been able to see previously. I would definitely recommend this tour to others and would experience it again the next time I'm in town.
