The Electric Tour Company will make your company or private group event memorable! We offer private or corporate guided tours for groups of 2-80 people in San Francisco. We also offer team building interactive events for groups from 8 to 150 guests.

Memorable Private VIP Segway or Electric Bike Tours For 2 to 80 Guests

With our private VIP tours, your group of at least two people is assigned a dedicated guide. We can incorporate custom routes, as well as stops for meals and pictures. Guided tours can be arranged for day or evening Private tours run at least two hours, not including training time. Private tours can start at Fisherman's Wharf, or the Golden Gate Park. .

If your group is between 2 and 16 guests use our handy small private group online ordering form to speed up your reservation. Private VIP Tour rates are between $150.00 to 105.00 per person (Bike tours are $ 10.00 per per extra) including tour guides, training staff and staff service charge.

• 4 to 5 Guests Segway $ 135.00 per person - Bike Tour $ 145.00 per person
• 6 to 7 Guests Segway $ 120.00 per person - Bike Tour $ 130.00 per person
• 8 to 9 Guests Segway $ 115.00 per person - Bike Tour $ 125.00 per person
• 10 to 80 Guests Segway $ 105.00 per person - Bike Tour $ 115.00 per person
• Note: For larger groups departure times will be staggered. Bike rate includes the $ 10.50 ferry ticket.

Larger private group rate start at $105.00 per person including guides, training staff and service charge. Private tours can end at a restaurant or other fun destination.

Corporate Team Building

Treat your corporate group to a team building event they'll be talking about for years! Most events are hosted at one of our two established training locations.

Team building can include:

• Accuracy Course
• Segway Croquet
• and more!

Private Tour and Team Building event prices are slightly higher than our regular tour rates and include extra training staff (as needed), longer routes and staff/ guide gratuities. Private tours average about 2.75 to 3 hours vs the 2.5 hours for our scheduled public tours.

Private VIP Segway Tours are $150.00 to $105.00 per person (Bike groups are $10.00 per person extra) including guides, training staff and included service charge. Transportation and set up/retrieval at remote locations is a separate charge. Team building events are quoted on an event by event basis.

Occasionally for very large groups we will have to charge for additional Segways we rent from an outside supplier. Private tours are generally booked at times that do not conflict with our regular tour schedule.

Please Note: We discourage booking private groups as part of a regular public tour departure time. Private events provide personal attention, departure flexibility (ie: If your group runs late arriving at our location), your group will not be split with other guests and quicker training.

Golden Gate Park is our newest location. The Park is perfect for Picnics at the end of a memorable tour. We use both trails and bike paths in the Park. We are not allowed to run the Segways on the grass / fields due to possible turf damage. The Park is beautiful backdrop for your next event.
