Private tours are prefect for birthday parties, corporate team building, meetings, family reunions, social groups or just plain fun with your friends or family.
If your group is 6 to 16 guests you can easily book your private tour using the reservation links below.
We will need to get a few details to plan the perfect Segway outing for larger groups of 16 to 80 guests.

Extras Included With A Private Segway Tour:
- Private check in and training at our facility for your group.
- Personal Tour Guide - 1 guide for every 8 guests.
- Selection of departure times to fit your schedule.
- Tour route can be customized to fit rider ability, previous tour experience and group schedule.
- Private tours are available in San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Gate Park or Sausalito.
- Guide gratuity is included in fees.
Private tours are generally booked at times that do not conflict with our regular public tour schedule.
We discourage booking private groups as part of a regular public tour departure time. Private events provide personal attention, departure flexibility (ie: If your group runs late arriving at our location), avoids splitting your group with other guests and quicker training.
Golden Gate Park is our newest location. The Park is perfect for picnics at the end of a memorable tour. We use both trails and bike paths in the Park. We are not allowed to run the Segways on the grass / fields due to possible turf damage. The Park is beautiful backdrop for your next event.
Private Tour Overview:
After a 35 -45 minute training on how to safely operate the Segway, you'll explore the San Francisco or Sausalito waterfront with a fully narrated tour. Ages 12 and up are welcome. All private tours start on time, so please arrive 15 minutes early.
Private San Francisco Wharf & Waterfront Day Tours For groups of 6 to 16 guests choose from these daily departures:
- April through October: Daily 8:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM or 6:00 PM.
- November through March: Daily 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 12:00 Noon or 3:00 PM.
Private San Francisco Wharf & Waterfront Guided Night Tours Choose from daily departures:
- April through October: Monday through Wednesday 7:00 PM Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 8:15 PM.
- November through March: Sunday through Thursday 4:30 PM. Friday and Saturday at 6:00 PM
Private Golden Gate Park Day Tours For groups of 6 to 16 guests choose from these daily departures:
- April through October: Daily 8:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM.
- November through March: Daily 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 12:00 Noon or 3:00 PM.
Night Tours not available in GG Park.
Private Sausalito Guided Tours Choose from daily departures:
- Year Round: Daily 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM or 4:00 PM.
Training takes 35 -45 minutes, Day tour are two hours long Total: 2.5 3 hours. Night tours are 2.25 hours total.

Sausalito Sights:
The Sausalito Tour operates with our fleet of i180 Segways. These are the original design Segways.
Tour explores the Sausalito waterfront, and makes frequent stops for photos and refreshments.
Sausalito is an alluring village of art galleries, quaint shops and waterfront restaurants with views of San Francisco across the bay. Sausalito's cliff-hanging cottages and houseboat community lend a Mediterranean ambiance, but the locals you will meet are pure "California."
Highlights include houseboat communities and legendary wooden boats in the many harbors, the Bay Model, famous recording studios, bayside estuaries and an overview of Sausalito history.
Waterfront landmarks include Dunphy Park, Cass Marina, Galilee Harbor, Marinship and The Bay Model. The trail follows the coastline of Richardson Bay.
